As your project transitions from the design phase to the construction phase, it is important to confirm that the materials selected for the project not only meet specification requirements, but are also compatible, constructible, and conform to the design intent on the design documents.

In most cases, submittals and shop drawings are not coordinated with different trades, resulting in miscommunication, change orders, constructability and sequencing issues, and worse a building enclosure that fails to meet expectations. In order for what is shown on paper to become reality and perform as expected, FCG can review contractor submittals, shop drawings, test reports, samples, and mock-ups relevant to the building enclosure for general conformance with recognized industry standards, as well as our understanding of the design intent to avoid pitfalls during and post construction.
